Tomorrow

At Gavin's one year check up the doctor detected a small heart murmur. He feels that it's nothing but wants it checked out anyway. We have an appointment with a pediatric cardiologist at Children's tomorrow.

The doctor says it's probably nothing and most children grow out of them before kindergarten, several people I've talked to have said it was nothing and know people who have had them...so it's probably nothing. But when you tell a mom that something might be wrong with her baby's heart, she's going to worry.

I haven't said much about it up until know because I didn't want to think about it (it's been over two weeks since the doctor found it) and cause myself unnecessary worry.
